Event Management Intern
First Tee – Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky
August 2022 – December 2022
- Executed daily tasks in preparation for fund raising special events that brought in over $65,000 for the chapter.
- Secured 40 donations from local businesses for our chapter’s silent auction.
- Created both print and virtual marketing materials for fundraising events while keeping in mind company branding using Canva.
- Supervised fundraising efforts for the chapter and created fundraising reports using Bloomerang and CauseVox.
Tournament Director Intern
Sports Force Parks- Sandusky, OH

- Scheduled games for baseball and softball tournaments ranging from 3-5 days for multiple age divisions through PlayBook 365 while keeping teams’ requests and field availability in mind.
- Executed tournament preparation by organizing check-in paperwork, prepping awards for each age group, and ensuring that each team had all of their paperwork turned in.
- Developed professional communication skills by answering a high volume of calls and emails daily from both participating coaches about their team registration and spectators about our venue.
- Supported part-time workers by inputting their schedules through Revel and implementing their breaks during tournaments.
- Monitored event profits by setting the cash registers in the morning, performing safe drops throughout tournament day, and completing deposits each night.
- Assisted in set up for collegiate games in both the Great Lakes Sumer Collegiate League and the Back Bay Prospect League.
