In June of 2021, my classmates and I conducted a logistics ridge regression in R on the Columbus Bluejacket’s fan data to find demographics that predict the likelihood of whether a fan that takes their post-game survey would become a new plan buyer moving forward.

Social Insights: Connecting with Students & Fans Through Instagram

In June of 2021, my classmates and I compared and contrasted the social metrics for different types of Instagram posts on the official Miami RedHawks’ account to create a more efficient posting strategy. We took into consideration the content of the post, what type of post it was (Picture, Video or IGTV), the number of words the post had (both in the post itself and in the caption) and the overall quality of the post in terms of whether it looked professional or not.

Understanding Redhawk Football Attendance: Using Instagram Metrics as a Marketing Tool

In December 2021, I explored Miami Redhawks’ digital marketing by finding the correlation between Miami University Football’s home attendance numbers and different Instagram metrics on the Miami RedHawks’ account to see if these football posts were attracting fans to the games as a marketing tool.
